As Vice President and Compliance Officer for Legacy Pathways Foundation, she brings that philosophy to the organization's mission by helping build a strong operational foundation that allows young women—and the people who support them—to thrive.

With more than two decades of experience leading technology initiatives, operational strategy, and cross-functional teams, Natalie brings a unique perspective to the organization. Her career has spanned software engineering, project management, systems architecture, and client success, where she has focused on designing innovative solutions that improve operations, strengthen accountability, and create meaningful outcomes.

A firm believer that opportunity changes lives, Natalie is passionate about creating environments where young women are empowered to overcome challenges, develop confidence, and gain the practical skills needed to thrive as independent adults. Her commitment to resilience, education, and service reflects the core values of Legacy Pathways and shapes her vision for building programs that create lasting impact within the community.

Natalie is also passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and improve the way organizations serve people. She believes thoughtful innovation can strengthen nonprofit operations, expand access to resources, and allow organizations to focus more of their energy on the individuals and communities they support.

Before joining Legacy Pathways, Natalie held leadership and technology roles at State Street Corporation and Cohealo and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to lifelong learning, volunteerism, and building solutions that make a meaningful difference.

Natalie lives in Dorchester, Massachusetts, where she enjoys cultivating her garden and growing an extensive collection of cacti and succulents. She believes that, much like people, growth happens when individuals are given the right environment, encouragement, and opportunity to flourish.
